The predecessor of Jiangxi Heyi Chemicals Co., Ltd. is Zhejiang Heyi Pesticide & Chemicals Co., Ltd. In December 2009, Zhejiang Heyi Pesticide & Chemicals Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Heyi Chemicals Co., Ltd. merged into Jiangxi Heyi Chemicals Co., Ltd. In January 2011, Jiangxi Heyi Chemicals Co., Ltd. succeeded in the cooperation with Chongqing Huapont Pharm. Co., Ltd. (Beijing Yingtai Jiahe Science and Technology Co., Ltd.) and Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals Co., Ltd. and established new Jiangxi Heyi Chemicals Co., Ltd. which has registered capital of RMB 100 million and specializes in pesticide business and the production, processing, sales and foreign trade business of pesticides and fine chemical products. It is worth mentioning that new company plans to invest RMB 1.1 billion in the R&D and production of pesticides and fine chemical products. At present, it covers an area of more than 500 mu, a building area of over 120,000 m2 and plans to acquire a 300 mu land. After the completion of the project, annual output value will reach RMB 5 billion, profits and taxes will total RMB 500 million as well as it will employ a staff of more than 2,000.

Our company has an engineering technology center and an analysis and test center which cover a building area of over 1,000 m2 and are equipped with sophisticated analytical instruments and testing devices such as single-and-double-pump WATERS, high performance liquid chromatography, laser particle size analyzer and UV-VIS spectrophotometer and experimental instruments such as fluid jet mill, vertical sand mill, high-speed shearer, pelletizer, high-pressure autoclave, rotary evaporator and fractionating column. Additionally, it has a multi-functional semi-works for synthesis and formation processing.
It employs more than 50 technicians and works together with a good number of universities and research institutions such as Zhejiang University of Technology, Wuhan Institute of Technology, Jiangxi Agricultural University, Jiujiang University, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry and Beijing Yingtai Jiahe Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to train talents, carry out technical exchange and promote product R&D cooperation.

Located in Jishan Chemical Industry Park, Pengze County, Jiangxi, our production base can synthesize 8,000 tons of original drugs and 10,000 tons of preparations per year and is approved by National Development and Reform Commission as a designated pesticide manufacturer for its safety, environmental protection and firefighting all passed acceptance by relative state authorities.
Our company invested RMB 30 million in the construction of waste water treatment station and accident emergency collection tank and our production base is installed energy-saving boiler steam supply system, refrigeration station, water purification station, recycled water cooling system, substation, general depot, drying room, liquid storage tank area, head tank, solid waste yard and other supporting utility facilities to create output value of RMB 1 billion.
Additionally, it invested in engineering process optimization, staff training, energy use, cyclic economy and treatment of three waste etc. to take the lead in production technology and product cost reduction and minimize the impact of business operation on environment.
